Golfer Memorabilia - Authentic Tony Lema Autograph

Authentic Tony Lema Buick Open Champion Autograph

Tony Lema was one of the most magnificent golfers of all time.

Unlike the Julius Boros autograph for sale, this is simply an autograph. The stationary it's written upon does verify it was obtained at the Buick Open in Grand Blanc, Michigan.

I lived in Grand Blanc and helped out at Warwick Hills, where the Open was held.

Authentic One-of-a-kind Julius Boros Autograph

Jullius Boros Limited Edition Collectible Autograph

1963 was Julius Boros career year.

This autograph is a one-of-a-kind. When Julius signed this Buick Open Tournament badge for me at 11 years old, he was two days away from winning the tournament. The item is unique because it's numbered. The item is unique because there probably isn't another badge like this from the 1963 Buick Open in existence. I can't say for sure, but it's darn likely.

Whoever secures this rare item of Professional Golf Memorabiia will add an exceptional prize to their collection.

Saginaw Riverfront Property in Zilwaukee, Michigan

Saginaw River Front Property For Sale

Two riverfront lots for sale on the Saginaw River. Each lot is approximately 3/4 acre with 90 and 95 feet of shore front.

These two lots have been in the family since the late 40's. The owners (my Dad and my Uncle) are over 70 years old. Now both want to sell and have asked me to sell the lots.

The lot's are located just north of Saginaw, Michigan on the Saginaw River.

Weapons of Moroland Plaque from the Phillipines

Weapons of Moroland Plaque Ebay Auction went live for 10 days on December 10th. Click here to view the item on Ebay.

If you want to know a lot about this plaque, just Google "Weapons of Moorland". Here's the Wikipedia link that will pretty much give you the low-down.

I came to own this plaque by cleaning out boxes of stuff stored in a barn for over twenty years last summer. I remember this plaque as a kid. It was given to us by my uncle who was in the Korean war with the Navy. He bought it in the Philippines and gave to me. I had totally forgotten about it.

The pictures represent the plaque well. The item is in great shape, but there might be a little age yellowing going on. The pictures really do a good job of showing you the conditions.

That's the story on this item. I hope someone thinks it's cool and gives it a new home.

Cigarette Pack Set, Air Force 2 - UnOpened - Spiro Agnew - Matches, Presidential Seal Sticker

Authentic Cigarette and Match pack from Spiro Agnew Air Force TwoEbay Auction went live for 10 days on December 12th. Click here to view the item on Ebay.

So, here's a little early 70's memorabilia for you. This is a very interesting collection of items that you just won't find anywhere, unless your family is as a bunch of saver fanatics, like mine.

My cousin, in an attempt to avoid fighting in Vietnam, enlisted in the Air Force. Luckily, he advanced and was awarded the service of flying right seat of Air Force 2. I'm not sure, but I'm guessing that these collectible items filtered through him, via his Dad, to my family. Regardless of how they got to me, I'm confident these are authentic. How would I have ever gotten posession of these otherwise?

The pictures really show the quality of these items. The cigarette pack has never been opened, yet parts of the cellophane are stuck to the package below. You can see what I'm writing about here, if you look closer at the photographs. The matches are interesting in that the have the presidential seal on the front and the silloute of aircraft used in those days is on the back.

The "Eagle 20" cigarette pack is curious. I have no clue what "Eagle 20" is about, however an authentic presidential seal sticker is protected inside the "Eagle 20" package.

This is a very interesting array of collectibles you'll not find anywhere. Actually, it's a collectible set of irony. It's a cigarette collectible. After this administration, cigarettes began to be taboo. Probably this was the last time complimentary cigarettes where ever offered on a Air Force 2 or 1.

Wrench Force Bicycle Micro Mini Frame Tire Pump

Ebay Auction went live for 10 days on December 7th. Click here to view the item on Ebay.

I bought this thinking I would use it on a Schwinn Paramount I owed. Then, I decided to sell the bike and buy a different one.

When I purchased the new bike, it came with a mini frame pump, just like this one. So, I now had two. That was a year ago and I'm just now getting around to selling this pump on Ebay.

The specification for the pump can pretty much be seen and read in the photographs and captions on the thumbnails below.I paid almost $40.00 for it. It's in totally perfect working order.

Buy it for yourself or make it a gift (No one would ever know, you bought it cheap off Ebay).

Items soon to be offered for sale on eBay or Craigslist.

If your interested in any of these items I'm getting ready to sell, let me know and give me a "fair-market" value offer. Or,. I'll let you know when the item is up and ready for bidding. Contact me at My World on eBay. Or, you can email me here.

USAF F-89 Scorpion, 1/50, Northrop Aircraft, All Metal Model - Beautiful

Model Fighter Jet - F-89 ScorpionThis model is gorgeous. All metal. Heavy! Solid. Quality. Unfortunately I can't find any "branding" on it. So, I don't know if it's from Topping, "Raise-Up", or Verkurl. But, it certainly has all those characteristics and qualities. This item would be a prize in any airplane model enthusiasts collection. It will be auctioned on eBay soon. If you want to be notified when it will be listed, message me on eBay and I'll let you know.

Original and Authentic Ping Anser Scottsdale Stamp Golf Putter

This is the original and authentic Ping Putter, built in Karsten's personal garage. I bought it when I was 16 years old. The history is interesting because I used to caddie in the Buick Open, since I grew up in Grand Blanc, Michigan. One summer, I noticed the many of the Pros had this neat sound coming from their putter. So, I investigated and found their putters to be this putter. As soon as I got my drivers license, I drove to the local golf shop and bought this club. In 1991, I was offerd $1,000 for this club. There's more to this story. Soon I'll be putting this collectible golf club up on Ebay for sale. Contact me if you're interested, before I do and make me a reasonable offer. You might avoid that Ebay auction frenzy and get a great deal. I accept Paypal.

Pratt & Whitney Tap and Groove Set

This is a classic set that was never used. This tool is in perfect shape. The items are contained in a “real wood” case. A set like this today would cost over $200, but the tools would be in a PVC case. The person who will appreciate owning this set is one who loves tools and wants better than tool of this type made today. Yeah, this is one of those. “They just don't make 'em like this any more.”

Professional Golfer, Homero Blancas 1967 Buick Open Caddie Bib - SOLD

When I was 15 years old, I used to caddie at Warwick Hills Golf Club in Grand Blanc, Michigan. I loved to work at the club and would spend weekends caddying. Any golf afficionado knows the Buick Open was played at Warwick Hills in Grand Blanc and when it came time to assign the caddies for the pros coming to town, I got Homero Blancas.

Little did I know at that point, he had the record for the lowest score in any PGA tournament; a record that still stands today. All I remember was how amazed I was at his wedge play. That guy could put it anywhere from 100 yards in. He'd put spin on the ball in any direction he chose. It was a great pleasure to caddy for him; a privledge I really didn't know the value of when I was 15.

I came across this bid hidden in a lost closet a while back and decided it would be better served in the hads of a golf memorabila lover. So, I put it up for sale on Ebay. I think it sold for around $55.00. All I have left are these pictures to enjoy now and that's fine with me. I hope you enjoy my story and the pictures, too.

Buick Skyhawk 75 Year Commemorative Collectible Belt Buckle - Top Quality - SOLD

Commemorative 75 year Buick Belt BuckleEbay Auction went live for 10 days on December 1st. Click here to view the item on Ebay.

So...here's the story about this buckle. My 88 year old dad worked as an engineer for Buick Motor Division. He went to General Motors Institute. GM treated him well. He was the last of the GM employees who where treated well, if they stayed loyal to GM for life. My dad did.

I grew up in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Dad worked at the Flint, Michigan, Buick Motors World Headquarters; which has now been totally torn down. No kidding. It's flattened.

As time ticked by, Buick reached it's 75th anniversary. Co-incidently, Buick's hot new auto was a car called the "Hawk", which totally flopped. To celebrate this anniversary and promote the "Hawk", this belt buckle was created. Since Dad was an exec, he got one, which quickly got stuffed in a closet. More time ticked by...Dad retired...and this buckle got stored in a barn until I cleaned out the barn last summer.

I'm not a collectible guy, so I decided to put this item up for auction in the hope that someone who has a passion for Buick memoriablia and collectibles will find it and give it a good home.

Military Uniform Buttons - WWII - Award and Rank Bars - SOLD

Authentic World War II Navy and Marine Uniform ButtonsEbay Auction went live for 7 days on December 7th. Click here to view the item on Ebay.

My father was in the Navy and Marines during WWII. Recently, I found these button and bars stored in a barn. I'm hoping someone will have a good use for them.

The button set appears to be complete, although, since I have no knowledge of military uniform wear, I couldn't verify that this set is complete. Anyone interesting in this set will certainly know better then I.

This is an entire military uniform package. Packaged with the button set includes a gold rank bar and an award bar. I was never in the military so please excuse me for an inaccurate description of these bars.

Also included is an original box that contained something other than these buttons, rank bar, and award.

Original Buick "Stage 1" Body Emblem - Rare - SOLD

Buick Stage 1 auto body emblemEbay Auction went live for 10 days on December 2nd. Click here to view the item on Ebay.

The Buick “Stage 1” was a classic American "Funny Car". It's competition was the Pontiac's "Judge" or Oldsmobile's 442. That era was a fun time in American automotives.

This emblem is an original...the real thing.

My Dad worked for Buick. I was/am a GM brat. Dad brought home some parts here and there. This emblem was one of them. The emblem is pristing: totally original.

Air Force Bomber B-58 Convair Hustler Model - SOLD

b-58 Air Force Convair Hustler ModelEbay Auction went live for 10 days on December 13th. Click here to view the item on Ebay.

This is a airplane model that's been in my family for as long as I can remember. I remember playing with it when I was a kid and that's probably why the two inside engines got broken off.

This model has spent the last twenty years stored in a box in a barn. Time has taken it's toll. There are a significant amount of age spots on the model and some wear spots. Take a close look at the photographs. The photographs are pretty representative of the entire condition of the model.

My father worked for Allision Engines GM in the early 50's. I'm sure, in some way, his work was the reason this model became a part of our household.

Even though model isn't in mint condition, it is vintage and a military collectible worth including in any collection.

Authentic Egyptian Coca-Cola bottle, filled with Genuine Eqypt Sahara Desert Sand - SOLD

Authentic Sand from the Egyptian SaharaEbay Auction went live for 7 days on December 4th. Click here to view the item on Ebay.

"What!", you say!!! You're selling sand in a bottle on Ebay!! Yep, but this isn't just any sand...it's real authentic genuine sand from the Sahara desert! How much would it cost you to get some yourself?

Back in 1997, just before Al-Quaida's first terror attack on tourists at the Hapshetsut burieal toump at Thebes, my father and I took a tour of Egypt and a cruise down the Nile river. One of the stops we made and was at the Aswan dam, which created Lake Nassar. While driving though the desert, I asked the bus driver to pull over so I could get some sand. He did and I found this Coke bottle lying there, sun-bleached, in the sand. I filled it up and brought it home to Chicago.

The sun-bleached bottle authenticates the sand as genuine and adds a little flavor to this item as it's printed in arabic.

Certainly, this is a one-of-a-kind item. If you buy it, I'm not going back to Egypt to get another one. Been there, done that, anyway.

Cargomate 8x18 Enclosed Cargo Trailer - SOLD

Cargomate 8x18 Enclosed Cargo TrailerI bought this trailer to store my household items and furniture. I bought it new in 2002, filled it up with my stuff and then towed to my Uncles warehouse, where I stored the trailier "indoors" until now. I towed it from Chicago to Saginaw, Michigan -- a distance of around 300 miles. It's located in Saginaw, Michigan now. I've emptied it and stored my stuff elsewhere. Now what do I do with the trailer? It should be in the hands of someone who will use it. It's in outstanding condition. You won't be able to tell this trailer from a new one on the dealer's lot today. It's totally tricked-out with all the extras. Please click here to see an extensive photo gallery of this cargo trailer and read more details.

Republic F-84F Thunderstreak Made by Topping - Original - SOLD

Republic F-84F Thunderstreak Topping ModelEbay Auction went live for 10 days on December 13th. Click here to view the item on Ebay.

My father worked for Buick Motor Division, the company that was contracted by the government to build the engines for the F-84F. The engines were shipped to the Kansas City, Kansas B.O.P. Assembly plant where the government had contracted to have the F-84F built.

According to my Dad, who was the engine rep. for Buick, these models were given to Air Force pilots, government contractors, purchasing agents as promotional items. Both, Buick and B.O.P. wanted keep these people happy because they influenced the governments purchases of Buick and B.O.P. assembly services. So, somehow, through that network, this model came to our house, where this little kid played with it and broke it's wings -- darn it.

Overall the model is in good shape, but the tail wings were broken off. They can be glued back with ease however. The tail wings were on when I pulled the model out of storage in the barn. Then, recently, when I move the model, the wings just dropped off. I hadn't noticed the tail wings were broken, because they had been glued back without detection of the break lines. I suspect that the glue just got old and lost it's adhension, therefore, the wings dropped off. I'll leave it to you collectors to reattch the tail wings as you'll know better than I how to do it so the break lines don't show.

Even though model isn't in mint condition, it is vintage and a military collectible worth including in any collection.

Allison T56 Turbo-Prop Airplane Engine Model by Topping Models - SOLD

Allison T56 Turbo-Prop Airplane Engine Model by Topping Models Here is the classic eBay surprise. I had no way of knowing the value of this model. I had researched Topping Models on eBay and noticed they were a collectible that sold for hundreds of dollars in some cases. I also know this model was probably pretty rare as it wasn't one sold on the open consumer market. Well, I put it up for auction and man, was I elated as the classic bidding war broke out for this item on the last day.

Lufkin No. S-77C Radius Gage Set -SOLD

Lufkin Radius GagesThis set of gages or guages(however you spell it) were used in the now demolished Buick Assembly Plant located in Flint, MI. Fleetwing Racer Flexible Flyer Snow Sled 47 - SOLD

Vintage Fleetwing Racer Flexible Flyer Snow SledThis was my sled when I was a kid. Over the years in storage, it aged beautifully. I knew someone would love to have this sled as a decorative item. Sure enough, a buyer from Denver was building a mountain home and they bought it for a wall decoration. The challenge with this item was the shipping. Regular USPS or UPS wanted to charge more than $150.00, which was insane. The solution was to use Greyhound Frieght Express. For $35.00 you can ship huge boxes to any Greyhound station in the nation. This worked great. Greyhound saved this sale and help make people happy.

Type of Auction: Buy it Now. Make an offer

Calloway Big Bertha War Bird Putter - SOLD

Calloway Big Bertha PutterI loved this putter, but I gave up golf many years ago, so, instead of let it rot in a closet, why not sell it to someone who would use it? Well, yes, they will use it and smile because they got this item for absolutely nothing. My first experience at basically giving something away worth so much more. I think I paid about $100 for this new. It was in "almost new" condition when it sold.

Type of Auction: 7 day
Starting Price: $2.99
Number of Bids: 5
Sold for: $6.20 + $18.00 UPS Ground shipping, Arghhh!

Speedair Paint Sprayer - SOLD

Speedair Paint Sprayer Well, this is one of those that was a waste of time. The tool was my Grandpas'. He kept outstanding care of his tools. This tool was in perfect shape, but where is the demand? The tool wasn't made by any collectible brand name, yet it is of a quality far beyond what sprayers are made today. It sold for much less than it should. I'd taken the pictures and powered through a simple listing. Luckily, it was easy to ship and didn't require lot's of protective packing. The buyer bought a high quality tool. One made like they don't make today. I suppose I should be happy that Grandpa's sprayer, which I remember him using a lot, is back in service.

Type of Auction: 7 day
Starting Price: $.99
Number of Bids: 1
Sold for: $.99 + shipping and handling
Estimated time to prepare listing, pack item, deliver to shipper = 2 hrs
Was it worth the time and effort ? No, not really. I was just happy to get it out of my space. Should have donated it to Salvation Army and got a bigger tax deduction than the money I sold it for.

Sears Ted Williams 4hp Outboard Air Cooled "Ted Williams" Motor - New in Box - SOLD

Sears Ted Williams 4hp Outboard Air Cooled "Ted Williams" MotorSelling this item was fun and a huge challenge. I bought this outboard for my Dad when I was 16 years old. When he received it, he was totally gracious, but put it, in the box, in his basement. He NEVER used it and then he stored it 20 years ago in the proverbial "Barn." So, I discovered it. It was perfect. Never used. In the original box, even though the box was aged and beat-up. So, up on eBay it went, but shipping was again a big issue. So, I listed it as "Pick up only and gave it a fixed price. An auction just wasn't gonna work with this listing. $300 for this item was fair and a very good price, as, I'd learned, outboard motors sell for $100 per horse these days. Son of a gun, a guy recognized it's value, lived nearby and snatched it up. I'm happy it's being put to good use. That's one of the best parts of selling on eBay; you put things of no value or use to you, into someones hands who will love and use it. eBay results in global resource efficiency.

Type of Auction: Buy it Now. Make an Offer
Starting Price: $299.00
Number of Bids: No offers, just a buyer
Sold for: $299.00
Estimated time to prepare listing, pack item, deliver to shipper = 2 hrs
Was it worth the time and effort? Absolutley! This was a quality product that needed to be shown or used. To throw this away would have been a total waste. I enjoyed taking the pictures and had a great location. The guy who bought it super happy. This is eBay at it's finest.

Zircon Electronic Water Level - SOLD

Zircon Electronic Water LevelSo funny. I bought this tool because I thought I use it some day. Well, it's evident to me, I won't. So, get it out of my space. Sell it on eBay. However, this is a very specialized tool. Who would ever need on of these, and how often? I put it up for auction and a $9.99 starting price. It didn't sell. Now, how to relist it and get rid of it? I was developing a sense for pricing a selling things on eBay. This one was a learning experience. Think about it. When you list something on "AUCTION" on eBay, is that person that may be a buyer going to visit eBay in the next 7 days? That's the crap shoot. eBay gets great traffic, but is "your" traffic gonna be around in the next 7 days? Well, the first time around with this listing, that buyer wasn't around. So, I decided to flat price the item and just wait it out. I wouldn't get any "bidding frenzies". This item would never get an "frenzies". Pick a price and sell it. That's what I did.

Type of Auction: Buy it Now
Starting Price: $10.00
Number of Bids: 1
Sold for: $10.00 + cheap shipping and handling
Estimated time to prepare listing, pack item, deliver to shipper = 2 hrs
Was it worth the time and effort ? Probably. It's a borderline. I wasn't gonna throw something brand new away. Would you? Somebody had want this. I'd take ten bucks. Just get it out of my space and into someones who might put it to use.

Cyprus Garden "Ricky McCormick" Trik Water Skis - SOLD

Cyprus Garden "Ricky McCormick" Trik Water SkisHere's a total smile as a result of selling on eBay. These skis I bought as a viral youngster. I had fun with them, but when I left home, the parents stored them and the stored them well. These guys are in perfect condition. One eBay guy was surfing around and he had a pair of these when he was young. His kids had skied on the ones he had, but those skis fell apart. To see these available on eBay made him smile and made the perfect Christmas present for his family. He was ecstatic to have these. I was very happy to ship them to him. Again, it's nice to know someone will put to use the stuff you where just storing and keeping for no other reason than you just couldn't throw it away.

Type of Auction: Buy it Now or Best Offer
Starting Price: $149.95
Number of Bids: 1
Sold for: $149.95 + $45.00 shipping & insurance
Estimated time to prepare listing, pack item, deliver to shipper = 2 hrs
Was it worth the time and effort? Yes. But, this one took effort. I had to use Greyhound Express once again, which is not problem. This alternative shipping choice is a total value and not a big issue for the buyer. But, packing these things was a muther. I raided the dumpsters of the local furniture story. Thankfully, they were tossing major amounts of packing materials that were used to ship the furniture they were selling in their store. What a treasure trove of packing refuse is waiting for you in the dumpsters of the local furniture store.

Pat Brady and Nellybelle - Roy Rogers Set - From Ideal Toy - SOLD

Pat Brady, Nellybelle, Bullet Ideal Toy SetVery rare. I was surprised this item didn't sell for more. Ideal Toy is a famous toy producer of the past and they were famous for producing Roy Roger toys. This Nellybelle is grey, while all the others I'd ever seen were unrealistic, red, yellow, orange, yek. The buyer was very happy to own this, however. Gave me great feedback.

Type of Auction: 7 day
Starting Price: $19.95
Number of Bids: 3
Sold for: $27.00 + $8.50 shipping, handling & insurance
Estimated time to prepare listing, pack item, deliver to shipper = 2 hrs
Was it worth the time and effort? Yep. This type of item sells for more than nothing. When evaluating what's worth spending your time to sell something on eBay, you have to evaluate if it's worth your time. This one made me around $10.00/hr. It's not much, but it's not nothing and the item got into the hands of someone who will love and appreciate it.

Allison T61 Turboprop Engine Sales Engineering Brochure - SOLD

Allison T61 Turboprop Engine Sales Engineering BrochureThis informational brochure was printed to promote the new T61 Turbo JetProp Allison engine. Unfortunately, this engine never went into production. The US military paid Allison to develop this state-of-the-art next generation turboprop engine, but Allison never released it for full production. Why? Well, the jet engine was perfected and made this engine obsolete. This was the fastest and most efficient propeller driven engine, ever, but it never saw the production line.

Lockeed Elektra "Raise Up" All Metal Model - SOLD

Lockheed Elektra "Raise Up" All-Metal Airplane ModelHe he! Growing up, I always thought this desk set was cool and as an adult, I feel like selling this item on eBay was the slam-dunk of that childhood memory. Once again, this item was part of "Dad's stuff". After inspecting it closely, I saw a "brand" decal. Hmm, "Raise Up". I wonder if that brand has value? Well, after researching eBay, it appears the brand is a value item. I got what I got for it and am happy. But, this item was unique, even though it was a brand. The buyer of this item was very lucky to acquire this for the price he paid. Thanks man. I know you'll keep it well.

Schwinn Paramount Road Bike - SOLD

Schwinn Paramount Road BikeMy, my. This listing was one of my first and I hadn't learned much about selling on eBay, yet. However, I think I did get a fair price for this bike and I'm certain it got sold to guy who is an ecstatic owner. This bike made me smile for 20 years. It was lightning fast...still is, I suspect. But, it wasn't the bike for me at this point in life. I was happy to find a buyer who's time it was for them. Fast, quick, responsive. Wow! I loved this bike. Still do. Ride on, Chris.

Type of Auction:7 day
Starting Price: $199.95, reserve of $500.
Number of Offers: lots, sorry that info's been lost.
Sold for: $575.95, plus $150.00 for shipping, handling and insurance
Time it took to prepare photos and text: 3 hrs
Was it worth the time and effort? Oh, yes. This listing was fun. I had over 3,000 views on this listing. Seems there is great interest in Schwinn Paramounts. The bike had a little rust and the componets were DuraAce, rather than Campy. Therefore, it didn't get the interest of the lookers for perfection, but believe me, this bike is perfection. No ride could be better and the buyer messaged me such. I was happy to ship it to him, get some cash and buy a grandad bike that serves me well today..

Trek Bicycle Seat - SOLD

Original Trek Bicycle SeatWell, this is one of the perfect uses of eBay. I had bought a new bike recently. The seat that came with the bike, just wasn't big enough for my butt. I need another seat, which meant I had this extra seat. So, up on eBay it went. It sold and the buyer was happy. Me, too.

Price: $9.95
Number of Offers: 3
Sold for: $14.95, plus $6.80 for shipping, handling and insurance
Time it took to prepare photos and text: 1.5 hrs
Was it worth the time and effort? Sort of a toss up. Shipping was quick and easy. It wasn't anything except refuse to me. So, I'd say, "Cool". He buddy, you wanna pay me a buck or two for something that was going into the trash, then cool, and thanks.

Snakeskin, Chicken, Shotglass, Basket and a Jar - SOLD

A funny combination of itemsHe he he. What is going on here? Tell you what. I was just playing. There is no relevance between these items. I just was practicing and seeing what I could get for what. Actually the snakeskin is probably worth a lot. It's soft and something you don't find often. So, once again, I had no idea what I was offering was worth. So, I set a starting price and decided to accept the result.

Type of Auction: 7 day
Starting Price: $1.99
Number of Bids: don't know
Sold for: $2.50 maybe. I lost those records.
Time it took to prepare photos and text: 2hrs
Was it worth the time and effort? Not really. Well, honestly, no. I offered this early in my eBay adventure and was hoping some bidders would know more than what I did. Well, they didn't. But, there was one person who fell in love with the hand-made wooden chicken and so she bid. Sad thing is that the chicken didn't survice the shipping. It broke and that item was the only thing that ever, or will ever, arrived broken. She didn't complain. After all, she only spent less than the cost of lunch.

Diamond Grinding Wheel by Sekomet - SOLD

Diamond Grinding Wheel by SekOmetI don't know much about Grinding Wheels. How could I figure what price I should ask for this? I did my research. This item was pristine. In the original box. Probably never used. Diamonds!!!! Arghh. How do I price this? So, based on my on-line research, I guessed and decided to ask a flat price. One day later, I had a buyer. Hmmm. So, I like that it was bought, but it got sold so soon? Did I price it right? Did the buyer just want this item? I don't know. All I know is that this buyer bought it for an amount I asked and felt happy to receive. If this buyer can make another billion dollars on the item, then good for them and shame on me. Oh well.

Type of Auction: Buy it Now!
Starting Price: $49.99
Number of Bids: 1
Sold for: $49.99, with $6.80 shipping, handling and insurance.
Time it took to prepare photos and text: 2hrs
Was it worth the time and effort? Yep. Easy to ship. Better than average sale price.

Mikrotest Thickness Guage - SOLD

Mikrotest Thickness GuageThis one is a curious one to me. The tool was only of value to a select group of individuals. Was it a collectible? I don't know. Has technology made this tool obsolete? I ventured forward and offered it on eBay. The tool was nicely packaged and never used. I was just happy it sold.

Type of Auction: 7 day
Starting Price: $9.95
Number of Bids: 1
Sold for: $9.95, with $6.80 shipping, handling and insurance.
Time it took to prepare photos and text: 1 hr
Was it worth the time and effort? Nah...however, it paid for breakfast and lunch one day. The buyer went AWOL, too. I never got any eBay feedback. Grrrr.

United Airlines Nixon Galloway Prints - SOLD

Nixon Galloway United Airlines Print SetThese are really nice. A set of six prints. They should sell. Give me a little time and I'll hook you up to the photo gallery. I'll try to sell them again.

Originally, this set of prints did not sell, but because of this web site and interested collector located this listing and contacted me. The set sold for $35.00+shipping.

Ping Anser Phoenix Stamp Golf Putter

Ping Anser Golf Putter - Phoenix StampThis is an original, but it's not the “Scottsdale” version. This was the mass produced model that followed the hand-produced Scottsdale. It's upsetting to see these “Scottsdale” being knocked off and duplicated. People on eBay are getting scammed left and right with fraudulent offers for the Scottsdale version.
